If you want your Wedding to feel like this….
The Last Unicorn is a dreamy, moody, romantic film that so many of us adore. So why not translate this into an achievable fairytale wedding?
Let’s Start Planning!
The planners shown are both A5 6-ring binder from Erin Condren, I personally have the floral print one and I absolutely Love it!
The printable wedding planner insert is by uprinted on Etsy, and is fully editable on Canva, so you can customize each of the pages AND print as many extras as you need.
Look For:
Key words to help you express your vision to stylists, florist, bakeries, caterers, venues the works! It can be so difficult to find the right words, but you can look for Romantic, Ethereal, Feminine, and Castle-Core to start as well as adding Moody, dramatic, and more.
Color Scheme:
Set it all in a color palette of Amethyst, Lilac, Mauve, Navy, Dusty Blue, and silver metal accents. This movie is so richly deeply colored yoy can find an array of purples pinks and blues throughout.
Flowers:
The Bouquet and other Floral displays
Oh how they set the scene!
Think, wild, dramatic, and moody
Indulge in high contrast from pastel pink, lilac and lavender to rich amethyst, plum, and wine
Choose silvery greenery like lambs ear, dusty miller, and weeping eucalyptus to keep the cool toned vibe.
The Ceremony:
Bring the castle like feel with rustic stonework whether you are indoors or outside!
Those Moody Florals? Stunning!
Rustic Stonework? To die for!
Romantic Lighting- candles candles candles!
Aim for an afternoon ceremony and take full advantage of ‘Golden Hour’
I absolutely LOVE an eclectic aisle runner made of vintage rugs! Get the look l, in your color palette, and for a lot less money by shopping washable rugs on Amazon. Bonus points, not only are they washable with a rubber backing, but they fold up so small making them much easier to transport. AND you can re-use them for dinner parties, anniversaries, and pic-nic dates!
The Reception:
A fantasy feast is more like it! An Evening Reception is just perfect. Lit by candles and string lights. Think:Grazing table with Edible Flowers, Breads, Cheeses, Fruit, and Wine.Moody Florals.Swap the Gold Metal Accents pictured for Silver or Pewter Continue the Castle like feel with Stonework at the venue.
